Chicken Chukka Fry ( Varuval)

We cook various recipes using Chicken. . We have normally tasted Chicken Chukka in restaurants only. This is one of  my favourite dish and aeasy to prepare as well coz the ingredients are very less and easily available. LESS INGREDIENTS WITH AWESOME TASTE.

Ingredients:
For Marination:
Chicken - 1/2 Kg
Saunf Powder- 1tspn ( optional) or Fennel Seeds- 1/2 tspn
Chilli Powder - 1 tspn
Coriander Powder- 2 tspn
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tspn

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbspn
Lemon Juice- 2 Tbspn
Salt

Seasoning with

Fennel Seeds - 1 tspn
big Onion- 1
Curry Leaves- Little
Cashew nuts- 10 noz ( Optional)
Oil - 2 Tbspn

Method:
1. Cut and wash the chicken (skinless).
2. Marinate with using the above ingredients for 20-30 mins.
3. Pour oil in the kadai (frying pan).
4. Season with fennal seeds,curry leaves, and Cashew nuts.
5. Add Onion and fry until color changes.
6. Now add the Marinated Chicken and stir well.
7. Once the raw smell of  the masla vanishes, sprinkle the water (dont pour) and close with a lid.
8. Simmer the flame and let it fry.
9. Deep frying (brown color) should be followed till oil oozes out from the chicken masala.
11. Now add pepper powder, coriander leaves and stir for 1 min.
12. Switch off
13.Spicy and yummy CCC varuval is ready for serve.
14. The dish tastes well with, Sambar, Rasam, Curd Rice, Bread, Chappathi, Naan and dosa...
